Have you ever wondered what fingers referred to in ancient grimoires? This is the plant. Called casually as just fingers, cinquefoil fingers were used to draw off devils and protect the user from poisons (we don’t advocate eating it as it can have a laxative effect). This herb is also sacred to fishermen who carried it with them to bring a bountiful catch.

This is a companion yarn to Sarah. There are four yarns that mix and match with Sarah. Sarah, Walnut, Cinquefoil, and Sarah Speckled. This could be used in any four color shawls such as Exploration Station, Chances Wrap, or Greyjoy. Or pick your three favorites for such shawls as Doodler, Color Affection, or Ashburn.
