Wool of Bat is one of our charity yarns. Ten dollars from each skein will be donated to the Bat Conservation International to help with the White Nose Bat Syndrome, a fungus that is killing off our bats. We need bats to keep the insect (primarily mosquitos) in check. Follow the link above to see what you can do to help the bats in your area.

Fiber content: 75% Superwash Merino Wool, 20% Nylon, 5% Stellina

Weight: 2-ply Fingering/Sock

Grams: 100g

Meters/Yards: 365 meters/400 yards

Care: Machine Wash, lay flat or hang dry

Note: While the mill states that this is a machine washable superwash yarn, this is a hand dyed product. The dye completely exhausted and the water ran clear in the rinse process, however, some bleeding may occur with different detergents. We highly recommend using a wool safe wash such as Soak and drying flat or line drying.

Some of our photos may show more than one skein, the price listed is for only one skein. If you need more than the quantity available, convo us about a custom order.

All attempts are made to show our yarns in as close to their actual colors as possible. Colors may vary depending on monitors and lighting.
